FAQ/Terms & Conditions
How long will my order take?
Delivery is usually between 10 & 15 working days from order confirmation. If you require your items urgently, please let us know when you place your order and we will endeavour to accommodate you.
Min or Max Order?
The minimum order requirement is one item. However please note that we may be able to offer more competitive pricing if the order size is larger.
Sizing
Please check all sizes carefully, as once customisation has taken place; The Company does not accept liability for goods that do not fit. If you require advice on sizing, please do not hesitate to call our sales team or e-mail us and we will be happy to guide you where possible.
It is imperative that all garments are washed strictly in accordance with the washing instructions provided on the garment label. The company accepts no responsibility if instructions are not followed precisely.
Pricing
All prices shown and given are exclusive of VAT. Your invoice will show VAT added.
Due to the customised nature of order garments, prices may vary depending on the 'stitch count' of your logo - please see embroidery and printing
Do you take credit/debit cards?
Yes we can through the pay pal system although they are subject to a 3% charge on the total order. Although we are happy to accept BACs transfers, company cheques and cash.
Can you produce anything other than what is shown on this site?
Yes. If you require something bespoke or a brand which is not shown, please do not hesitate to contact us. Our range is very extensive and not all shown within the site.
We also offer a range of corporate gift items ranging from 'Rubik cubes' to calendars and pens. Please call or e-mail us with your requirements and we will be happy to give you a quote.
Quality
We are confident that you will be pleased with the quality of the garments that we supply. We are reticent to use certain brands, due to their poor quality and this is where you may find that our quotes are slightly higher than some of our competitors. We would prefer to supply you once a year with good quality work/club wear rather than every three months as the garments have fallen apart!
We are however happy to supply you, with whatever you would like, and the 'cheaper, poorer quality' items are very good, for promotional use and/or exhibitions, when you will only be wearing/using them the one time.
Samples
If you would like to see any of our garment range before placing an order, please call or e-mail us and we can arrange for this. We do however charge for samples, but we will refund the amount once they are returned or take the amount off of any order placed thereafter*.
Will you embroider/print supplied garments?
Yes. However, this is not a preferred option. Please note that The Company will not accept liability or responsibility for any damage/ errors which may occur to garments supplied by a third party.
Refunds
Due to the customised nature of the products, refunds and returns are not available on any items once customised, UNLESS the items are defective. If you believe your products are defective you must contact The Champion Corporate Clothing Co (The Company) immediately. Returns will not be accepted if products have been, used, worn or washed.
Cancelled Orders
Once an order has been placed and confirmed by The Company, if it is then cancelled a 20% handling fee will be applied on that order, if customisation has not already taken place. If customisation has taken place, then the invoice total is due in full.
Prices & Payment
The Company reserves the right to alter prices and garment specifications without prior notice.
The Company does not offer credit terms, and full payment is due upon receipt of all ordered goods. We do ask that a 50% deposit is made with any initial orders and the remaining balance is paid upon receipt of ordered goods. Interest will be charged at 7.5% above The Bank of England Base Rate if payment is not received in a timely fashion.
All items remain the property of The Champion Corporate Clothing Co until paid for in full.
Returned cheques will be charged at £25 per representation.
Delivery
Is FREE to certain areas of Kent, please check with The Champion Corporate Clothing about the rates if you are uncertain.
Carriage to other areas are all charged at cost based on weight.
